Fund your amazing ideas with Investing in Success
The University has launched its Investing in Success programme to fund innovative ideas to advance our University and support personal development for staff across campus.
The Communications and Marketing Leadership Team is encouraging colleagues to apply but would ask that you speak to your manager before you do this to avoid duplication. If others have had similar ideas, they could be brought together in one, possibly stronger team application.
Karen Heaton, Director of Human Resources, explains: “Our future depends on growing and developing our employees and we want everyone to feel motivated by the opportunities available to them at our University."
The University is looking for innovative ideas that support the University’s goals by enhancing the way you work and enable you to be better at what you do. Perhaps you’d like to attend a conference, launch a new project, or you may have identified a course or other development opportunities that would help you and your team.
The closing date for applications is Friday, 16 March 2018.
