Staff learning and development

The programme launched in 2018 and was developed in response to one of the original objectives set out in our University Communications and Marketing Plan. As part of our key priorities around efficiency and effectiveness, CMLT are committed to continuing to develop the suite of training and professional development opportunities for communications and marketing staff.

The aim of our development programme is to boost our knowledge, enable us to share our ideas and provide opportunities to collaborate and enhance our creativity - so that we continue to deliver excellent and distinctive campaigns and materials for our University, and meet our strategic goals.
