Returning to hybrid working

02 Feb 2022

A message from Patrick Hackett about the PS hybrid working pilot

Hybrid working

As more Professional Services colleagues return to work on campus following the lifting of Covid restrictions, Patrick has put together a short video message about returning to hybrid working.

You can find out more about hybrid working on the People and OD StaffNet pages and if you have any questions about your own arrangements, please speak with your line manager.

Our sector-leading approach to hybrid working was designed in collaboration with a wide-cross section of colleagues.  It’s designed to support wellbeing and work-life balance, as well as furthering our diversity and inclusion agenda.

We know this is still a challenging time for colleagues so we continue to offer a range of support for staff with caring responsibilities including 15 days of Coronavirus Special Leave in addition to our usual Special Leave allowance. You can find more information about our COVID-19 guidance and staying safe on campus on StaffNet

Finally, thank you to everyone who completed the hybrid working survey recently, around 2,500 of you took part to share your views and experiences. The results will be published on StaffNet during February.
