Faculty Research Staff Forum
Research Staff play a crucial role in delivering the Faculty’s ambitious research goals and are a highly valuable staff group.
To ensure Research Staff are fully supported and have an important voice feeding into Faculty, School and Divisional decision making processes a comprehensive network of over 30 Research Staff Representatives, with at least one in each of the Divisions, has been established. Reps meet termly at the FBMH Research Staff Forum.
Reps are an important source of information about initiatives and opportunities to help you drive forward your research and develop your career. You can also share your success stories, ideas and concerns which they will feed up to School, Faculty and University Leadership Teams to help shape the future research environment so that you can continue to flourish and reach your full potential at Manchester.
To find out who the Reps are for your School and Division please see here.
The University's research staff skills training newsletter, INCITE, is also written by research staff, for research staff.
