Manchester Museum is hosting a series of events during British Science week to showcase BioSciences

BioDiscovery Days will be taking place on Thursday 12 March and Friday 13 March 2020 (10am - 12.30pm) at Manchester Museum. 

The events will be showcasing BioSciences and are targeted at secondary school students (years 7-10) to enable them to discover more about the Biological and Biomedical Sciences and highlight some of the great research taking place at the University. 

Activities will include:

• science fair with stands
• science buskers 
• lightning talks 
• career talks 
• workshops

If you would like to take part by organising a stand or helping out as a volunteer with the event, please contact Shazia Chaudhry (s.chaudhry@manchester.ac.uk) / Kath Hinchliffe (katherine.a.hinchliffe@manchester.ac.uk) by 7 February 2020.

Don’t worry if you haven’t done anything like this before, training will be provided, all you need to bring is enthusiasm!
