Key Travel replaces Egencia as the University Travel Management Partner
Following the introduction of our new travel system, Key Travel, colleagues are no longer able to book travel through Egencia. This follows a period in December when both systems were available.
All existing bookings made through Egencia will be supported and serviced through to trip completion, however all new bookings must be made through Key Travel.
Key Travel offers a comprehensive online booking tool and will handle any complex travel requirements offline. Since its introduction in December there have been 1,075 bookings made through Key Travel across the University.
What do I need to do?
Staff who travel on University business will first need to create a profile. Your email account will already be available on the Key Travel system, but you will need to input your details and create a password. This will take up to 24 hours to initiate.
