Issue affecting Campus Solutions (Student System) - now resolved

There is currently an issue accessing Campus Solutions (Student System) which is affecting both staff and students.

The error message received is ‘Error 500 – Internal Server Error’.

This is preventing staff access to Campus Solutions and also student access, via My Manchester (although no other services are affected).

IT Services are investigating and a further update is due before 11am today.

Update: This issue is now resolved.
