Keeping cyclists and pedestrians safe during Brunswick Park construction works

During the construction works to create Brunswick Park, the University’s cycling fraternity are being asked to avoid cycling through and around the periphery of the Park development, to keep the site safe for both cyclists and pedestrians.

“Cyclist dismount” signs are being placed at access points to the park area to coincide with the new academic year, when large numbers of returning staff and students will be using the walkways. Cyclists are being asked not to use Brunswick Park as a through route to other locations on campus.

The new pedestrian/cycle friendly Brunswick Park is set to be completed by May 2018. Your patience and cooperation during the construction period is appreciated.
