In just one hour, you could make a quick and easy resolution which could save the lives of up to three people.

By the end of January most people give up on their new year resolution. But you can be different! You can join the 900,000 life-savers across England who gave blood in 2017. Even if you haven’t stuck to your New Year resolution (or even made one yet), we have an easy one for you to achieve. 

We don’t have enough new donors coming forward to provide the right mix of blood to match patients’ needs and replace those who can’t donate any more. Help ensure that patients in the future have access to the blood they need, when they need it.
