Are you a member of PSS Staff and conduct P&DRs?
More than 800 members of PSS staff who conduct P&DRs for others have already attended the mandatory P&DR training for reviewers, following the launch of a new P&DR process in the PSS.
P&DR meetings are the single most important way in which the University ensures that each and every individual (or team in some areas) is able to perform to the best of their abilities and fulfil their professional aims and ambitions.
We believe that people want to do a good job, to get satisfaction from their work, and to be appropriately recognised and rewarded in return, and that regular, honest and open communication is the key to this.
If you conduct P&DRs within PSS (with the exception of MHS and FLS) it is essential that you attend this training. Additional sessions have been added to the 60 already delivered through Staff Learning and Development.
