Women in Science, Engineering & Technology (WISET)
Women in Science, Engineering & Technology
WiSET (Women in Science, Engineering and Technology) is a network for all female students, technical, research and academic staff in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences.
Women are currently under-represented in science, engineering and technology (SET) fields and a large number of SET students enter non-SET careers.
WiSET aims to encourage more women to develop careers in SET and retain them in these fields.
