TurnItIn (TII) is an essential service to the University. They communicate service status updates through Twitter.
If you have a twitter account, you may wish to follow @TurnItInStatus for a more timely update. This is the fastest way to find out about any service issues, and the eLearning Team monitor this, especially during large submissions so that appropriate action can be taken if there is an issue.
