Financial reporting and analysis

The Financial Reporting and Analysis team can help you with:

  • month end reporting to Director of Finance, Dean and Faculty Budget Holders
  • budgeting, planning and forecasting
  • financial plans and business cases
  • course costings
  • providing financial support for Core Facilities
  • management of capital expenditure
  • management of doctoral training funding
  • financial advice and guidance

Budget statements and detailed transaction reports (to compare actual to budget spend) are issued on a monthly basis as follows:

  • School reporting packs - circulated to Heads of Schools/Heads of School Operations
  • Divisional reporting packs - circulated to Heads of Divisions
  • Individual budget holder account statements - issued by Finance Officer according to a reporting schedule previously agreed by the Head of School Operations
  • Transaction reports can be provided on an ad hoc basis - contact your Finance Officer
